Different Types of B Vitamins

There are a large number of B vitamins required to maintain proper functioning of all the body functions. All the vitamins B are important for various processes. The blood stream would not be safe without adequate B vitamins and this contributes to a number of infections and infections. Pyridoxine, or B6, is the B vitamin that is primarily responsible for redistributing amino acids to produce more than five thousand body-required proteins, and is also one of the B vitamins needed to form specific enzymes.

Biotin, or B7, is one of the B vitamins involved in a variety of processes inside the body, including the decomposition of fats, carbohydrates and proteins into useable sources of energy.

Folic acid, or B9, is the essential vitamin B to support cell growth and division, especially during pregnancy. Also, this B vitamin is required to make natural chemicals that regulate the appetite, moods and sleep quality. It's also the strongest B vitamin to help minimize the risk of a heart attack or stroke by holding the arteries open.

Cobalamin, or B12, is one of the most essential B vitamins to turn carbohydrates, proteins, and fats into energy. The B vitamin is also important in shaping the protective layer of nerve cells and in preserving healthy red blood cells, and helping to prevent heart disease.
