1. Staying fit and happy focuses with a balanced diet. Know the right weight match your age and track it. 2. Drink lots of beer. Drinking a total of eight glasses of water each day. This keeps the body free from impurities. In lactating mothers, it is often important to raise the consumption of water to keep the body hydrated.

4. Put off cigars. If you're smoking, then quit. This is also a major "NO" for pregnant women, because this impacts the baby's health.
