Simple Guidelines for the decrease the depression for harmony life............

title:5 Tips to Reduce Depression

While war and poor economic conditions are starting to affect people all over the world, more and more people are suffering from depression. The more that we focus on news events and the business climate, the more depressed we become. Whatever the reason you feel is causing your depression, the following five simple tips guarantee you will significantly reduce your depression.

1. Don't read newspapers:

Newspapers are reporting negative stories most of the time. Newspapers can find the worst in humanity even in peaceful times, and show negative stories to promote sales and subscribers. The newspapers abound with stories of war, revolt, death, ruin, misery, and despair.
Stop reading your newspaper, and raising your brain's negative data.

2. Turn off your TV:

Watching and reading about the terrible economy and the war-related casualties would lead to despair. You're literally guaranteeing the feeling of helplessness. Helplessness can foster depression. If you really need to watch or listen to these kinds of news stories, tell yourself that you will be lost in the films that are sure to follow in the next 5 or 10 years. One way you can remove most of your brain's negative input is by putting it aside for a date somewhere to come. I promise you will not find that very interesting in the future.

Make sure you turn off your television and keep it off when guests come to your home. News TV channels are battling for the attention of their viewers as they encourage misery, strife, death and destruction with many interruptions of headline news. Small banners running across the bottom of the screen capture the attention and take hold of your consciousness. TV will weaken your positive spirit.

3. Speak well about others

My mother always says, "If you can't say anything nice about others, don't say anything at all." However, if you're in a conversation and a relative says, "Remember Uncle Phil?" "He was an alcoholic;" answer with "Yes, Uncle Phil was an alcoholic and he was the most charitable person I've ever met."

Contrast the negative statement about Phil with a positive statement from your relative. Set yourself up to see the best in anybody's comment and you will not overwhelm your life with negative thoughts and depression.

4. Get physical workout:

While suffering from depression, adults forget about exercise. Make sure you do daily workouts to give more oxygen to your brain cells. The outcome of the exercise will make your wellbeing and attitude healthier.

5. Relax and breathe deep:

Have a deep breath and relax. Take a short mental break for 3 minutes each hour.

To relax your body and mind, do the following breathing exercise. You can engage in this exercise while standing in the supermarket checkout line or listening to other people talking on a phone. The exercise can be completed at home or at work.

Take 3 deep breaths, and relax. Concentrate in calm and peaceful feelings as you inhale. You can think of relaxing in your favorite home space by a lake, by the ocean or comfortably.

Focus on pushing out any tension from your lungs as you exhale. Focus your life on the positive images. Focus on gossip, love, excitement and hope.

Keep breathing in and out, until you feel better. When you do the exercise regularly, you will find wondrous changes in your attitude and other life aspects.

Now encourage yourself to feel great!

Enjoy your family, friends and life.
