You can add cayenne pepper to other foods, too. Add cayenne to your desired soups, salads and other foods.

Break a cayenne capsule in soups or salads, and add it in. You can add 1 – 2 capsules, but start with 1/4 or 1/2 capsules first, so that you can use them to the hot taste.

It's considered safe to use cayenne if you're pregnant.
